The location of this guesthouse is fantastic, with beautiful gardens right next door. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with well-lit dressing tables and plenty of plug points. The bathroom is well-appointed, with a separate toilet and double vanity. The staff are friendly and the turn-down service is impeccable. The pool area and gardens are also lovely, providing a tranquil atmosphere.
The lack of USB or twin plug charge points next to the bed is a downside.

Amazing staff who were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Beautiful and spacious rooms with lovely gardens and personal plunge pools.- Superb breakfasts with a wide variety of options
Presence of excited children around the pool area, which disturbed the peaceful atmosphere. Lack of communication upon arrival regarding the room not being ready

Wow! I had an incredible time during my Thanksgiving holiday. The hospitality was amazing, and the rooms were huge and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit and hot meals cooked to order. I also loved the complementary cake served every afternoon and unlimited drinks. The gardens were stunning and provided the perfect view while relaxing. The location was safe and convenient, with easy access to restaurants and shopping.
Honestly, I cannot think of any negative aspects of my stay. Everything was simply perfect.

Incredible luxury awaits at this elegant hotel. Our room was furnished with exclusive amenities that made us feel pampered and relaxed. The sun terrace was a perfect place to unwind and soak up the sun while enjoying the stunning garden area. The staff offered attentive service and the restaurant had an outstanding continental breakfast. We also enjoyed the packed lunches provided by the hotel, which saved us time and energy when exploring the area.
The outdoor pool was a bit smaller than expected, but the shallow end was perfect for lounging. We had a minor issue with the temperature of the room, which was a bit too cold at first, but the staff responded quickly and resolved the problem.

During our stay, we took advantage of the nearby Drumstruck at Silver Mist, which offered a fantastic interactive African music experience for all ages. Our children loved being able to participate in the lively rhythms and learn more about African culture. We also went on guided tours with Last Word, an outstanding specialist tour company based in Constantia. The knowledgeable guides showed us the beautiful Cape wine lands, immersing us in the history and heritage of the region. The valley was the perfect adventure stop for our family, offering a wide range of outdoor activities suitable for all ages. And of course, we couldn't miss the opportunity to go whale watching in False Bay, our watery backyard, truly one of the world's best spots for this thrilling experience.
My children wanted there to be more children-specific activities at the hotel.
